  Place the item in its original packaging along with the certificate of authenticity.

  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and attach it to your package.

  Receive Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
